How to curb appetite for chocolate  | |  Did you know the recommended amount of chocolate one should eat per day is only 40grams of dark chocolate (roughly the size of a matchbox)? However, as a chocoholic, it's very hard to adhere to such a tiny amount.
Let's share tips and pointers on how to curb our appetite for this delectable sweet.
When you get the urge to eat chocolate...
1. ...concentrate for fifteen minutes and allow the urge to alleviate
2. ...brush your teeth.
3. ...occupy yourself with something else

My sister has been doing so for awhile, and she never craves chocolate (though she was never a chocoholic in the first place). You know the myth that girls get an urge for chocolate when they have their periods? It can be accredited to the lack of magnesium in their systems during 'that time of the month.'
Otherwise, replace the chocolate with hot chocolate, tea, or fruits~!
