Do you hid stuff around the house when you are given short notice of visiting friends or relatives. Do you hid things in the closet, stuff things in drawers or stuff dirty dishes in the oven. I have done all of the above and then some.

I have stuffed dirty dishes in the oven only to forget I had, turned it on later and ended up with a big glob of melted plastic. This happened twice! Needless to say I no longer use the oven as a hiding place.

Do any of you do this yourself? Be honest, I won't tell on you.

I don't use the oven as a hiding place but I do shove everything behind closed bedroom doors and all the dishes get thrown into the dishwasher. I quickly give the toilet and bathroom a quick clean and spray it with air freshener! I make sure the areas where I think they may go to, are all cleared and tidy.

Yes, I too try to hide stuff inside the bedrooms and under tables etc., but ofcourse not in the Oven..
