wt ISL stands for?

hey ...i am waiting for my visa for usa,but its delaying alot now,i was told that,i will get it in 90 days,and my hubby applied for me in oct2006 .and now its 2007.he said that usa approved me now only wait for call from pakistan ...they r not calling yet .well i consult the man working in american embassy,said if i give him isl number then he will tell me,,where my process reached and why its delaying n finally when i am going to have my visa.PLZ help me out in telling me this abbrvesion stands for and,can i get it online??? the lawer in usa is not responding to give this number ..i dont know if he is very busy or just not finding out it.ANY EMBASSIDER HERE HELP ME OUT????
