| | We currently have an elliptical, stationary bike, and treadmill as well as weights in our home. We use these when the weather is bad and we can't get outside. I get a paid hour to workout everyday and I usually get off work earlier than my husband so I stay at the gym and work out extra long while he is finishing up work. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit. I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps.
