Exercise is important for the body as well as the mind. I enjoy quite a bit of exercise ranging from running, eliptical, weight lifting, wakeboarding, hydrofoiling, wakesurfing, racquetball, walking, snow skiing, snowboarding, paintball and of course sex. I try to make time everyday for some type of physical activity. What do you do and how often do you get a chance to do it?

We currently have an elliptical, stationary bike, and treadmill as well as weights in our home. We use these when the weather is bad and we can't get outside. Our preferable methods of exercise are biking, swimming, and outdoor walking. It is just getting the time of year here that we can participate in these things.

I have a weight bench in my home, but don't use it much. I spend a lot of time at the gym next to my work. I get a paid hour to workout everyday and I usually get off work earlier than my husband so I stay at the gym and work out extra long while he is finishing up work. Sounds like you are very active.

I do not go to gym for exercise often; I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch time at my company clubhouse, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit.

I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers.
