Spanish movies - Do you like Almodovar's Volver?

yes i liked it too. watched it on a plane trip. thought it handled sensitive issues well. like how forrest gump triggered a girl's recent reporting of abuse. this show had a surprising twist at the end. slightly sickening but thought these are issues that need to be surfaced and society needs to deal with it. the humour (black humour at times) was also well done, although i felt that a stronger moral commentary could be made with regards to the daughter's experience and the trauma she must have faced.
