 a friend of mine committed suicide a couple of years ago and even though she knew that there was people in the world that loved her and cared about her she still chose to do it even though she knew that it would hurt her family and friends she didnt care.

1.  linkpointe (458) | 4 years ago |  To be honest with you, i was once in her shoes...i tried to end my life but i guess, god has something more in store for me that's why i surpass that trial in my life. I have learn so much from it. It was hard to deal with emotional trauma during my childhood days. That's why i hated so much to feel depress because it all came back to me. Its kinda hard at times to cope up with life. But with the way things are doing right now, I am so thankful for having my second life...its so wonderful to be alive...

| 2. LovingIt (2244) | 4 years ago |  No, I do not believe in commiting suicide. I have been suicidal in my life and thought it would be an easy answer, but stopped just short of actually doing it. My reason was just as you said, that it would hurt those that I loved. I've always heard that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
I'm sorry about what your friend has put you through. The fact that she did this shows that she was severely ill and most likely was not able to think through things clearly. Please know that it wasn't your fault, no matter what she might have said or done.

| 5. angelicfied (444) | 4 years ago |  I have to say...It is not A crime...If someone is very much in pain,then it is kind of like...Well...A whole life worth of pain,and stress,Or A few seconds..But I have tried million of times,and people keep saving me,I even had to go to Rehab,And that did not even help me,It just gave me A very bad attitude problem,and so yeah..I understand why she tried.
