Karaoke Program For My Computer?  

I wish I was more help. However, I do know of a program that you can buy, it is not expensive, and you can make your own karaoke. Let me know if you want the site.

me too, I am looking for a program like that, but I did not find anything like that, you could just play some of your cds in a power dvd software and set the audio to "left mono" you could see that the main voice will not be heard during the music.

There are a few karaoke channels on mirc where you can find cdg karaoke songs, and you might be able to find information about the program you are looking for there.

I have run karaoke shows for over 10 years. Many people look for a free CDG player or program for their computer.

As of yet there are no free players for you computer to run CDG format.

For you that don't know...CD+G or CDG is cd plud graphics ( words ).

Winamp has a CDG plug in program but it doesn't always work. Many time you have to download the music on to you hard drive an convert it.

You should save yourself some problems and get a nice cheap CDG player. Then get a few karaoke cds.

Stay away from the DVD karaoke. There are a few still out there but that style is being let go by producing companies.

Some of the better brands of karaoke are Sound Choice, Chartbuster, and Sweet Georgia Brown.

I usually stay away from singing machine products. They seem to breake easy and have problems too much.

I use Winamp with its CDG plug in, haven't had any problems with it so far and it is all free. If you use torrent sites (Torrentspy is a good one) and do a search for karaoke, then you will find thousand of songs available to download which you can play on your PC in Winamp. You can also find Karaoke DVD's to download form there also.

U dont have to look for a program to play a karaoke cd on ur pc.. there are sites where u can sing it direcly online and its free too. try going to the site www.singshot.com or ksolo.com or try amusicalbox.com and get the ultimate karaoke experience.. hope this helps.
