What do you do when you get blue?

Do you ever feel so bad that you feel like mybe an onslaught of depression will soon follow? In these moments do get so carried away with unrational thoughts and feelings that just drive you further into a darker shade of blue? What are your experiences and how do you handle being blue? Do you recognise the beginning of an episode and do you something constructive to counteract the situation that may arise or do you run and keep on running away from yourself and allow misery to fall upon you and take you further than you wanted to go? Maybe we all get blue and different levels are experienced but what do you do when you get blue?

all of us will undergo through this feeling of being so low and sad. if you do not, you are not a normal person. the best way to cope with it, will be not to allow it to get any better hold of you. think of those happy memories that you have been through and those will light up your mood. play the favorite music which can make you happy. go to places where you can think of life in retrospect and plan out a good way to live life. misery and sadness will all fly away if we deal with them accordingly with a positive attitude.
