Mothers Day Put together yourself basket ideas!  

I love making gift baskets for people. I'll be putting one together soon for Mother's Day and I'm still thinking of a theme since I've done the spa, gardening, and cooking ones for her. She doesn't do crafts but your idea has given me an idea for my friend's birthday as she does scrap booking. I'm sure that this discussion will give some people some great ideas and I'll check back to see if people post any others.

Thanks for the ideas of gift baskets. I'm still thinking what to give my mum for the mothers' day. Perhaps I can consider the gift basket. First of all, need to think what she needs and wants now. :p

These are great ideas. I love giving themed baskets- Each year my daughter and I make my mom a mothers day gift and then I buy her one too. Never thought of picking a theme and making a basket- I've given themed baskets to kids for birthdays (usually movie ones), for baby showers, wedding showers, as teachers gifts. The ones who get them are always pretty excited- What will they pull out of them. how fun- I'll ask my daughter and see if she wants to do this instead of the tea cup/saucer bird feeder- then again we could do a bird watcher basket- Make the tea cup bird feeder, add in the basket, bird seed, mini binoculars, maybe a bird book. How fun that would be! Thanks for getting my creative side working!
