 Which celebrities or famous personalities such as politicians and etc have you seen or gotten the chance to meet in person?
Do you have any memorable stories about them? Maybe how charming and friendly they seemed on tv then they turned out to be stuck up airheads? Or maybe someone you disliked for roles they have portrayed and yet they turned out to be really nice and down to earth in person?
Share your experiences... I haven't gotten to meet or see a lot of them actually, but there was this one time we had a trip to the television studio, and I got to see a couple of actors and hosts of that noon time show. Got a short chat with Marvin Agustin when he sat beside me during a break time. He was really nice as far as I could remember, I wasn't really much of a fan. And yeah I can remember how our group was reacting when Vanessa del Bianco was acting all bitchy towards her assistant when she wasn't able to properly zip her dress during her segment where she has to dance to different music and change costumes in a given time. She was giving the assistant nasty looks but instantly smiles as she gets back on camera.. oh goodness! So funny!

1.  howard96h (4289) | 1 year ago |  The only famous person I ever met was Mother Teresa. She had come to NYC and went to a church she had opened many years ago. I found out she was going to be there and I went along with my mother and sister to see her. We all attended mass and after the mass she stood at the door and blessed everyone as we were leaving and gave everyone a medal of the Blessed Mother.

I have met one who is Rica Peralejo she was still young that then maybe 17 or 18 and I was in my high school days. She was so pretty and nice, she was so approachable and friendly. Very funny to be with and caring to others. I thought all of celebrities are only nice and good infront of the camera but not Rica because even without camera she was really a nice person.

4.  tigerdragon (2503) | 1 year ago |  i use to work in the entertainment industry. i was once a music executive for several recording companies where i get to meet a lot of celebrities both in the music and motion picture industry. i have met several and some became real good friends in the likes of julia fordham,sergio mendes,go west,tony hadley of spandau ballet, patti austin,dave koz,and the most memorable of all time is i get to shake hands and chat with the ol' blue eyes frank sinatra.these are just to mention a few in my recording days.of course i have also met some people in local government as well as some dignitaries from the U.S.as for the motion picture industry mostly are our local talents.
