How you prepear meat for a good grille?What you use for this?  email this discussion to a friend?

I like to prepear meat with a day before with olive oil, salt, paper, and let all night to marinate...next day will be a good perfect meat for a grill...what you like to do before to make a grill?

I marinate meet a day before in such way: beat piece of meet and then wipe by maid of mayonaize and rubbed horseradish pure (in proportion 50/50) and put it into a freezer. By the way, such meet can be used in few days, it will not fritz.

I found a marinade I love its by Jack Daniels and its a mesquite flavored marinade it comes in a sealable bag so you just drop your meat in the bag and put it in the fridge for at least a half hour I usually leave it about an hour and a half hour bbq grill uses pellets and we got the mesquite flavored pelletes so the meat really gets some flavor!

We always do it the day of but we use liquid smoke and omg it is so good the flavor it has from the liquid smoke and the smell will make you want to eat all of it. Of course we use tony's and garlic powder on everything so that has to be included. Yummy I want to barbque this weekend now. Corn on the cob, pork and beans with ground meat, potato salad, some good steaks I can't wait.

That sounds like a great idea. I like to marinate either my chicken or pork chops in Itailn dressing over night. After I bake it it turns out so juicy. I like your idea olive oil, salt and pepper. I will try this thank you

Hello, thought of sharing this yummy recipe with you. Hope you like it.

MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN

1 (15 oz.) can unsweetened sliced pineapple, undrained
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. minced gingerroot
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloin
Vegetable cooking spray

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine reserved juice and next 4 ingredients; set aside.
Trim excess fat from pork. Place tenderloins in a large, shallow baking dish; pour marinade over tenderloins. Cover and marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Remove tenderloins from marinade; grill over medium coals 50-55 minutes, turning tenderloins occasionally. Meat is done when meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of tenderloin registers 170 degrees. Grill pineapple slices 5 minutes or until browned on both sides. Slice tenderloin and serve with pineapple slices.
