 Do you think the Hellraiser Franchise should continue to make any more films? The last few movies have gone straight to video and basically sucked. Should anymore Hellraiser films be made? Or should the franchise be allowed to die a quiet death?

| ArsonCuff (2715) | 3 years ago | I think more sequels should be made, but with a higher standard and quality kept in mind during the process...the straight to DVD market with notable characters is fairly profitable though for "horror"...the remake is not supposed to be directed by Clive Barker, but he is helping out a little bit with some of the creative process so possibly it will be worth the effort...they claim it is being done to take advantage of todays special effects, but I think the original still stands up as wonderful effects regardless of the time period | |

I suppose a remake isn't too bad though... | |

4.  kogiro (124) | 3 years ago |  The first two Hellraiser movies were great Horror movies, the cenobite Pinhead is in the gallery of the greatest horror characters, unfortunately the folowing sequels for me were not up to par, they failed in so many, i am glad to read, that in this new remake the original writer, the horror master Clive Barker is back in the team, to give Pinhead is former glory.
