What would you consider to the best way to spend mothers' day?

So often we have special thoughts concerning mothers' day. Many of us like myself have lost their mom but some of us have been blessed to carry on the gift of motherhood. We are so very appreciative to be considered and surprised on mothers' day that we depend on our children knowing us well enough to come up with a nice present after all it's the thought that counts right? Well just this once if you had your way what would be the perfect way for you to spend mothers' day? As for me I would like to visit my moms' grave with my family and of course leave some beautiful flowers for her because she always loved pretty flowers and then I would love to spend the day with my family and their loved ones in an intimate setting. We could take a trip down memory lane in the photo albums and maybe we could have dinner and watch movies together with popcorn. I would just love to have all my loved ones by my side and not have to worry about where everyone is and if they are safe so I can bask in the gift of motherhood past and present. How would you like to spend yours? Or if you happen to be the one giving the gift then how would you like to surprise your mom for her special day?
