What is the use of tickets in begwareptc.biz site?

Here many people are member of begware site. I just want to ask you people what is the use of tickets in this site? I am a member of this site too. I had 4 tickets in my account but now it's nil(0). May be because of change of month I lost that tickets. It would be very helpful if you tell me what is the use of tickets.
