Congrats on your upcoming wedding! I too enjoyed my outdoor shots. I had mine over at Johor Bahru (I'm a Malaysian) so cost-wise, it was a big saving.

yes we did. although our jaws hurt after all that smiling that we did, we still had a blast and enjoyed it!

I photographed a cousins wedding using mostly a photojournalist style because I'm just not very creative when I comes to posing people. I brought a friend with me that was more into art photography so we made a good team. I was very nervous at first, but I really enjoyed it once we started rolling and I've been asked to photograph weddings since then but haven't been able to because of school. If you are going to photograph a wedding I recommend having a second photographer or assistant with a different style than you.

Where did you go? Can you share the locations of where you went? Which one, in your opinion, is the best for the locations you went?

We actually spent the last few weekends surveying gardens and places of interest to see where we can go for the nicer shots. There were so many! My wife is surfing around to look for nice spots and found the lallang growth in Punggol facinating... but I don't drive, so yet to find the place. Any idea how we can get there without a car?

I understand what you mean. But bo pian. If my wife likes it, and the budget permits, will give it to her. We are only young once, and the wedding is one of THE biggest event in one's lifetime.
