How does love feel to you  

The warmth of a soft touch, the smile and smell of a little flower, the care and kindness in words, the tune in a bird's sing, the happiness blossoms in eyes.... love spreads vast.

Love is the strength of my husbands arms wrapped around me when I need a hug. It is his gentle touch down my back and sides when I need to relax. It is his arm draped over me as we lay in bed together. It is a small hug from my boys just because. It is in their voices as they call to me to "tuck them in" at night. Love is so many feelings and emotions that there are simply not enough words to describe it. Real love, is being there through whatever the weather and knowing that standing right behind you, bracing you against the storm is your rock, your foundation. My husband is my rock. It is so easy to confuse infatuation with love. So many of us do it daily. I had thought I was in love before. But now, just looking back and knowing how I feel now, this is what love is all about.

It's been so long since I have been in love, I can hardly remember. I believe I felt a kind of electricity that energized me from the skin to my brain. My thoughts were always on him, and I thought we were the only 2 that mattered in the whole world. I think all that is hormones crashing within the brain, and when we settle down with the one we love, we just learn to be comfortable with each other. We grow in love. We never take each other for granted. We miss each other while we are away, even if it is just for a matter of hours while at work, but we know we need that space apart just the same. Sometimes that only lasts for a while and then it is gone. Even though it is gone for me, it will never be forgotten.

warmth, sense of being, a bird's song, reason for living, rush of compassion, song worth hearing over and over, committment to belief, trust, sun rays, fluffy white clouds, stormy days, acomplishments worth an applause, windows open through the night, fresh morning air, a child's growth, life everlasting, feelings of being immortal, dreams, fantasies, a kiss, a dewey rose, a soft light, laughter...compliments

In my life......I really do not know what love feels like.... I have never really felt loved. Except when my dog comes to me and nuges my hand "mommy pay attention to me" My Little nephew talks to me on the phone, and he tells me "Aunt Terry I love you and miss you" that just melts my heart. my sister calling me "just because" Makes me feel real good.

In realationships, for me, love has always hurt. i guess because I wear my heart on my sleve, and I trust way to much.

WOW! I think you described love the best, to me love feels like all those things, but also it can hurt deeper then anything possible---but that just proves that love is the most amazing experience ever.
