all of these songs are New Age and they all are very beautiful songs for the soul.I love New Age music and listen to it all the time not just when i am down or sad.

It really depends on my mood. I tend to listen to classical, pop, and country.

I love Josh Groban's You Raise Me Up, Rascal Flatt's Bless the Broken Road, Lonestar's I'm Already There.

When I want something more upbeat, Cascada's Every time We Touch. That one has me dancing in seconds!

everybody hurts, rem, the only song I ever listen that make me cry every time, and let me fell so sad...

two songs do it for me one is deeream "things can only get better" and I will survive. Either one of these gives me insiration to carry on

honesly, "All Cried Out" ...can't remember who did it right now, but i've always liked that song. mostly when i feel like crying it helps me if i sing it because it is a powerful song.

for me is that song with loud and hard music like linkin park, nirvana etc.

Oh I love Candyman!:) I have many favourites I must say...I tend to like more songs than artists although I must say Juanes stays among my favourites...A Dios le pido always puts me in a good mood...just like some other of his songs...I also love to listen to "No creo" by Shakira and "Hips don't lie"...very uplifting... when im missing my gf I usually listen to "baby when you're gone" by Bryan Adams and Mel C...its about my feelings in that moment but it has a very cheerful music so it's a way to feel sort of less depressed somehow...And then for a good laugh I like "Kung Fu" by my fav band ASH

I like a lot of music, mostly 80's stuff because that's when I listened to music the most, growing up and it takes me back to a time when I wasn't really responsible for anything and life was just happy. I also listen to a Christian channel when I'm driving because it's so positive and usually gives me positive insight to pressures I may be dealing with at that time.

Just one I think It's my life Bon Jovi it says everything. If it's your life you control it so take control cant be more clearer. The strength and power come from you not the song but it does help alot to sing it out loud.
