Im sorry there is Nothing we can do!!

If I heard these same words, I would indeed get a second opinon. Why not, there would be nothing to lose. Two heads are always better than one..

I would get a second opinion. I know too many people that got diagnosis's that were wrong to trust one persons opinion. I have a friend that has seen 3 different neurologists as well as numerous other specialist to find the cause of a lesion on her brain and seizures. None of them have been able to tell her what it is.
Now that she has a pace-maker, she can not get any more MRI's or CAT scans. They can not tell her what is wrong with her and probably never will be able to now.

Gosh I hope to never hear these words again . I was told this when I was pregnant with my son and was told that I was going to lose him and there was nothing I could do about it and there was nothing they could do . They were wrong though and I carried him to term and he even came overr due .
I believe that I would always seek out another proffesional to see what they had to say as I would be looking for some type of hope even though I would belive them . I would still want to find someone that could give me some possibility of hope .
