Best Action MOvie Ever

i am not a fan of action movies but i would have to say the best i've seen so far is the movie starring nicolas cage and john travolta, "face off". this may be a biased choice because i like nicolas cage but c'mon you will have to agree that the movies premise seemed possible:P for a moment there i would have believed that exchanging faces IS possible. and i would have to say the actors performed very well.

certainly the Die Hard series are great action films! and i cant wait for Live Free or Die Hard (think thats the title) to come out!!

but i have to say that my favorite are the Matrix movies..not only for the action scenes, but also the groundbreaking filming methods..and the storyline to boot!

The Rock, Con Air, Face Off, and yes of course the Die hard series is a nice classic action movie.

I'm not much of an action movie fan, but I have to say that the whole Die Hards series is incredibly entertaining.

The Matrix is a science fiction/action film written and directed by Larry and Andy Wachowski and starring Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne, Carrie-Anne Moss, Joe Pantoliano and Hugo Weaving. Without a doubt got to be Die Hard. Loved all three of them and cant wait to see the 4th film. The best for me has to be the first though had me hooked from start to finsh!!

Matrix hands down! They really revolutionize how action sequences are now made specifically what they call "bullet time" or in simple terms, capturing action sequences virtually, moving the camera in a way that you won't normally put it. Almost all films are incorporating this especially spiderman, xmen, maybe the new die hard...When it comes to depth, I think it is the only action movie that comes with so many philosophical thingies that came with it. The storyline also rocks! They even use so many mediums in explaining and conveying the whole story of the Matrix like video games and online games even anime. For me, Matrix is the best action movie ever!

There's a bunch. Die Hard and all those Jean Claude Van Dam and Steven Seagal movies of the 90s. Bad Boys, Con Air, Independence Day. Too many to name
