Can blind person see dream or understand what is dream?

I think who become blind after some years of life say after 9 or 10 yfs. can see dream, but if is born blind or become blind at baby age cannot see or understand what is dream.

I think I agree with you on that idea but I am not dismissing the possibility about the ones that were born blind to see dreams. I think they could somehow.
