The Soothing Sounds of Running Water

I don't know about other people, but in my case it is a trigger! I mean, I don't need too much so just go into the bathroom, since I can't hold it for long time. But a little cold feet, or running water, are like the perfect trigger for my bladder!

Running water make me want to pee. When I was a girl, we used to camp by this stream in West Va. In the morning, I was doing the potty dance. Yes, it is peaceful, but the bladder is something to think about.

Running water does not cause me to urinate. The only things that makes me urinate is drinking to much coffee. I drink coffee in the morning and when I go to work I have to go to the restroom a lot. In the evening time I also drink coffee nd when I am on mylot I have to get up a lot to use the restroom.

This has no effect on me (but it probably wouldn't as much anyway because I'm a girl). It really bothers my brother but he's young and will most likely grow out of it. I don't see how sounds of running water can make someone need to urinate! It doesn't make sense to me.

i am not sure about the real explanation to this. what i am sure of is that i get the urge to urinate when i hear the sound of the water or worse... when i had water running onto my hands. hehe. it's kinda weird. but i am glad to know that it does not only happen to me but to some, too.

You know my boss has one of those waterfall things in her office because she is trying to stay calm and relaxed. I think she is trying to create the whole zen thing. In my opininion it would just make me want to pee often. Nothing about running water says peace to me. When I was little and being potty trained my parents use to run the sink for me to pee.. So I guess that answers your question.

i'm not sure if it's exactly the sound of running water that gives me the urge, but im more certain about something similar to it-- the hiss sound. long sssssssssssounds. haha. i also wonder why.

there is definately nothing more soothing than to listen to running water .the sound of the waves crashing on the shore or the sound of a mounyain stream fruuning over the rocks it`s an awesome sound and so relaxing.
Mind you i do not have a bladder problem yet and hope i never will but for those who do it may be a very different story

I was in this lecture and was in the middle of a row. One of the presentations had this running water sound thingy in their powerpoint slides. Man...I realllly didnt want to go but well....when you gotta go you gotta go....
