| |  I dont care much for comments from so called experts about these type of things. First it was the pc monitor, the keyboard and now the mouse. I have been using the mouse and keyboard for years and i dont have any tissue damage nor do i expect my hand to fall of or anything like that.

| |  Well, sounds like bad news again. Anyway, I will give my wrist or arm a rest for half an hour whenever I feel the strain. That way I won't end up aggravating the condition. The first feeling of wrist tiredness or strain is a good indication to rest for a while.
