For sexiest person, she/he should be well built personality, good looking, fair skin, smartness in talking, brave, master of sex plays, figure/hight as per norms etc are few criteria which must be in a sexy person.

A man or woman just not becomes sexy by possessing a great body or legs. The real sexiness in woman and men according to me is the expression of gratitude by involving in each other. People enjoying marital bliss often experience this and that is what I call it as really sexy.
