Baseball Team Less Crappy Last Night!

Okay, my team the San Francisco Giants was less crappy last night. They won 3-0. The night before that was heartbreaking. They worked so hard to take the lead, then the closing pitcher comes in. Would you believe he balked twice, and he balked in a run. The balked in run tied the game up.Then in the last of the 12th inning, some idiot Met hits a homer and they win.

I think the next time our closer pitches at home and blows a save, he will be assassinated. I know I predicted that previously and it didn't happen, but I just know it *could*.

I don't know much about baseball or the seasons and teams. My son used to collect the cards when he was little. I started to learn about the teams because he was teaching me. LOL Then my son got older and he quit collecting the cards. Along with it, he quit teaching me. So sad. But I suppose he was destined to out grow this phase of his life. I am glad that the team that you enjoy is doing better.

My dad just told me they traded that closing pitcher. Now watch him excel in the other place lol. It's like a curse when they come to us! Baseball is a sport I like because it's not terribly complicated. I am trying to learn more about cricket now.

I hope you don't mind but I'm currently going through my e-mail for all your discussions which I've missed. (Just so you know)

I wouldn't want to annoy yeah with bringing them back, hopefully it's a good thing. to the discussion itself I think dry spells for sport teams we follow can be very hard to watch.
