It is non-other than BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED in the first place. VSNL comes second in the list. So far my choice is BSNL.

I also think BSNL is one of the best internet providers. I hope the cost of internet comes down so that everyone can afford it in the future.

I think asianet and BSNL are the best broadband providers in the India. I am using Asianet unlimited internet, which has the speed of 96 kbps and it costs me around 450 rupees and I am using BSNL limited internet connection, which costs me around Rs 225 including the land phone connection and it contains limit of 250 mpbs download.
