have you ever lived in a haunted house?I have!

Yes I have. It was actually about the same amount of time ago as you. It was when I live in a basement suite up in Calgary, Canada. I had a number of things happen including lights switching off and on, books falling of the shelves, radio station changin on it's own, being pushed awake at night and finally seeing a full body apparition walk up the hallway of the house and then disappear. This was also witneesed by a couple of my friends who were visiting at the time. I'm now part of a paranormal investigation group and we have a number of events planned for the near future.

No, not yet.

But, I love horror films and I love to hear encounter people had. There are so many things in this world, which we cannot understand and explain. They are unexplained yet. All we can do is to believe them. There is great possibility of ghost all around us.

One more thing, which I don't understand, why these ghosts do show up to some people not to all of us and do they have communities also. All this may sounds funny, but its really very mysterious and just attract me to raise questions on them.

I have not lived in one but I had a family member live in one and when I would always stay over I had to sleep on the floor cause there was only two beds in my cousins room, and when I would lay there I felt the floor go down like someone was walking over you, and she had a mirror in her room, and when we didn't pay attention to my aunt the window I kid you not shattered but when we turned the lights on the mirror was in tack and we ran out of the room, so to this day I go by the house and I see new people move in and out in a few months....way strange

Yes, when my daughter was a baby. (30 years ago) My husband always ran around and left us home alone, and the house was in the middle of nowhere. There were no neighbors nearby. We never had a phone, and I couldn't drive and never had a car there, even if I could have. Wierd stuff happened there, all the time. The original owner, died in the bedroom that we slept in. The curtains would move, when there was no windows open, or any fan in the room. The lightswitch in the front room, would flip on and off. Sometimes, my chihuahua, Penny, would be bothered by it, sometimes she'd come running out of a room, yelping, and jump up on my lap, and whine, as if somebody had kicked her. There were noises, as if someone were walking and all kinds of wierd stuff. There were many nights, when he was out running around, that I was too afraid to go to bed, and would just sit up and cry.
