Its very simple Dan...she is telling you that instead of sitting around wondering what is happening in our world today and what is to come read the BIBLE especially the book Of Revelation..Thats simple terms.No reason to freak!

so why not say "Read the bible"... simple, right?:)

...that ended up being the point.. it's exactly because we're not an ant farm, that the world is in the shape it is. And also is why human beings are so imperfect, and why there is suffering, even great sufferings which go on.
- But not only that, but God, being ``Life`` itself, lives through, feels and experiences all sufferings which ever occur! Why would He put Himself through all that? Because He's not creating an ant farm, but the very best - a family (of many beautiful branches, angels..)and an unbreakable paradise...

I can't help it! Sometimes I just feel like persuading people about the bible. Especially because it's so common place to fully accept what has been said about the bible.. that it's myth.. or worse a strange fairy tale. I guess it IS all too good to be true! Or sounds that way once we know what it really says. Now the world believes the ultimate reality of life, is death.. and life is anomaly. But what the bible says is that Life is Reality (with a big R, because God Himself IS Life) and death is the "anomaly". I love it that God endowed 'free-will' instead of making us to be robots, or like little children forever. He knew when He created rational creatures (man and angel) all that would occur, but did it anyway, and built the rescue right into everything.. from the very beginning..

[ People don't realize it, but all those mother and child god artifacts and 'myths' are the nations memories of god's promise in Eden, that the savior would be "born of a woman" - Instead they point to these handed down similar memories as a reason not to believe the bible, and declare that the accounts of Jesus are just another 'myth'. We are living in an amazing time! The twilight zone, I call it!! Where man believes life came from nothing and nowhere, and once there were all these half creatures, where the flying squirrel was evolving into the bird.. the whale into the land cow (talk about adult fairy tales!) Yes, all this is taught to our children, and has been taught in the schools and especially the colleges for a long time now.. And man believes our eyes deceive us and "the seed of each kind" isn't really in each kind, but changes.. and matter doesn't fall apart, it evolves into life.. pluck the leaf from the tree and it turns green ya know.. But it all makes me smile. Because truth will triumph so victoriously, that ALL wiLL believe. As I know the bible says all will be resurrected, then there is judgement day. Well, that's going to have to be a very, very LoNG day. And it doesn't say "anyone not believing, will go to the 2nd death" until aFter everyone has experienced being resurrected and lived through and witnessed the very, very long day of the examining of all things and history and lives.. After all that, who's not gonna believe? "All things in heaven and earth are being gathered back into Him" Colossians 1:20.]

..I've never read the whole "left behind" stuff.. I know Mathew 24 says "immediately aFter the tribulation of those days.. He will send out his angels to gather the elect from the four corners/directions of the world". I have about the bible being allegorical, and I find myself thinking that life itself is allegorical.. You see, man's world and empires simply have to one day crash.. and Israel always knew that this was what fiery judgement was (whether in one's own life, or a nation.. or ultimately the world, and not an eternal 'hell' which is actually a greek, and gnostic type of belief). I wrote a seventy three page book about the Book of Revelation/Apocalypse and published it on lulu.com. It all makes perfect sense to me.. you can plainly see it taking shape in the world today.. There's intricate footwork in the hooves of the four horsemen of the apocalypse (and in one other place) which hides most of the message, and there's five characters, or latter day 'bad guys' (but only one is an actual person, or rather, an office, and no, it's NOT the Pope! Tho another one of the 'bad guys' started out as a man (pretty much). Apocalypse is a living parable that will be deeply etched on the heart of all.. and it's the story of every person, every nation and people, and the world. Apocalypse started way back with Lucifer.. and Cain.. [It's also the 2nd Law of Science! the natural law, called the Law of Entropy, which is the second most held and recognized law of science. That is to say, things this side of Perfection are in a state of falling apart.]

...actually, you're quite right.. and I hope you don't mind my saying so.. but according to the bible, Jesus sits at the 'table' you mentioned, it says he overcame the grave for all and then "sat down at the right hand of God waiting til all things are subdued by it.."
- But I think there's lots of truth in all great religions - the meditation from Indian mystics (wow!).. the (I can't think of the word!) from China.. Would that be the "Tao"? No people are wiser or more inspiring than the Chinese people! I can't wait til oneday we all learn from one another.. and celebrate being the great family we are. Don't mind me, after thirty years of study, I've realized that ultimate reality (the 'end' result) can only be the ultimate best possibility.

..it occurred to me, that it was exactly because we're not an ant farm, or robots, etc, that the world and life is in the shape it is. But what was God's other option? And also, because of it (because God endowed man and angel with thinking ability, and thus the ability to make choices) the 'end' result will be not only good and great.. but the best possible of all possible outcomes or results. I.e. He's not creating an ant farm, but the best, a family!
- And it also occurred to me that the reason the tree of knowing good from evil (of knowing life from death, true from untrue) is because God can only be true/honest. and as soon as He endowed thinking ability, a whole new world (or tree) of possibilities 'came to be'. So there was that tree in Eden! [The best news of course, is that He built the rescue right into life from the beginning..]
