|  My cousin works for the RAF based in the north of Scotland and has the strangest of jobs.
Due to defence budget cuts the RAF can no longer afford to tow boats and fire at them. But due to a surplus of penguins in Iceland, the Icelandic government has come to an arrangement that the penguins can be used as target practice. Thus ridding the Icelandic fishing fleet of a menace.
It is my cousins job to flush out the penguins from nooks and crannies into the open ice packs. He is currently on long term sickness after doing the job dressed as a nun for a bet.
Does anyone else know someone that does an unusual job?

| |  Oh, I heard about this and I think Its just terrible. There is no amount of money they could pay me to do this job. I hope I am not offending you, but I am a vegan and a enviormentalist and this just drives me crazy!

| | No, you are not offending me. I don't know about the vegan side of this as none of them get eaten by the pilots. I believe they donate the remains to the Reykjavik zoo for the sealions. So no harm done there as i guess this is a form of recycling.
I understand not wanting to do the job but when you sign up for the airforce i think you have to do what you are told.
Or they dress you up as a nun.

| |  My friend Alex has a strange job he is a "fudge pack3r" in a fudge making factory. By the way why are the RAF using penguins havn't they seen HAPPY FEET. Anyway i heard that they are actually training the penguins for special ops. i mean who is going to question a penguin in the middle of Iraq they are just sooooooo cuuuute

| |  This is very interesting alfie. I have dear friend who is a nun, and due to recent budget cuts at her place of business, she has taken to the streets in search of learning tricks that will bring money into the convent.
One thing that she has done in recent years is to dress up as a chicken and be shot out of an air cannon and into the windscreens of jets. It seems that the recent budget cuts in defense no longer allow for the use of real chickens for this practice. Well, the defense cuts and the recent outcry of chicken defenders.
Most of the time the chicken suit wearing gig has been conducted on the ground, but she recently worked on a day when a new guy was in charge of the air cannon, and he didn't know the tests were to be conducted on the ground, so he mounted his cannon on another jet, and shot my dear friend into the side of a passenger airliner! As if this wasn't bad enough, my poor friend's chicken suit was at the cleaners, and she was in her finest nunnery livery. You can imagine the astonishment of the passengers when she came crashing into the side of their aircraft! They were astonished, as many of them did not think that penguins could fly!
