Do you buy a product just because ur favourite celebrety promoted/referred?

I generally buy a product with the quality and the performance the product do not by the product promoter even if he/she is my favourite actor/actress or any celebrity . I just look at the quantity and quality it offers and which is correct or not that all nothing else.

I don't think I do that. The last thing I really bought, was not advertised by a star.. it was the Soleil razor and it was the pits! The only thing i liked was the handle.. it didn't slip out of my hand, but the sharp end cut me to pieces. My daughter tried it too and she was cut all up too from nicks in her skin. Never again will we get them.. but I don't remember buying anything a celebrity advertised.

I am still a student.
So affording or followong my favorite celebrity's ideas is really too much for me.
I just buy something normal, something are fit with my pocket but in quality only.
There are lots of stuffs are the same quality but so much cheaper than some famous products.
So i never buy a product just because my favorite celebrity promote.
And i can save little more money for doing other stuffs.

I always want try that thing which is being promoted by some famous celebrity.And after trying it out Then i decides that whether its really good or not.This decision of mine helps me to decide whether to buy that product again or not.

Grown up people understand advertisement is a way of promotion of trade, however, certain people who are known to be honest and dedicated and are famous, when they opt for brand ambassador for a product,many grown up people are influenced as well. However in case of cosmetics every one can be taken for ride. To make hair long,to make colour of face pinkish or wrinkle free cream,children are easily accepting the product after seeing ads. They do not check the quality

I'm not a person who's easily swayed by celebrities endorsing some product so even if it's my favourite celebrity, I wouldn't just buy it just because it's being endorsed by him/her. I buy stuff only if I have a need for them and if I like the product.

No i don't. I actually don't care about them. I buy the products that i need and want,and not because it was promoted by a famous celebrities.

In reality, the answer to this question is NO, for me. This is becuase, I can just enjoy the ad by the celebrity promoting a particular brand. But when i need to purchase one for me, I will always look for the better quality, better cost, better service and other qualities any one would look for. Because when a celebrity promotes a product, it doesnt mean that he/she is actually using that product. He/She does it only for the money and I cant really trust those word for the brand.

to me, it does not matter who endorses the products. what matters is the product's quality. as a consumer, it is my responsibility to check if the products really work. and if i like it, i don't care if the one who endorses it is already dead.

i choose products based on the brand performance and quality. when it comes to celebrity endorsers influencing the products i buy, it usually depends on the kind of celebrity who is endorsing the product. there are celebrities who are indiscriminating in the kinds of products they endorse, while some carefully choose the products that they lend their name to.
