Thankfully NO! I don't believe in love myself, I have never been in love, real love, and I never will be. Love isn't for me, for others, but certainly not me. It's easier not to love and life is better for me without it. I have love for my friends and family which is a different sort of love, that's the love I believe in.

You are right. There is a big difference in loving someone and being in love. I'm not sure if I am in love or not.

I'm so much in love with my boyfriend. He is the love of my life. There isn't a difference between loving him and being in love with him. I feel both. We have both. He is the best man I've ever met and he has shown me what love can be and what life can be with love in it. He is kind and warm and is all I've ever wanted.

I don't think I've ever really been "In Love" but felt a deep devoted love for only two people. I have had two very committed relationships with women who, for the time we had together, was very good and meaningful. Now, I just wonder if the old saying I heard a while back will be my due(just desserts) and that is, will I be alone and without the true love I have sought because I never allowed myself to let it in? I think that being in love would be wonderful, but I do fear it will forever evade my reach b/c I have kept myself with people who offer far less than I deserve and just settle for that instead of being where I need to be and opening myself up for the real possibility therein...What a thought, huh?

Yes I am very much in love:) I understand that you can be "in love" but not "love" someone truly. But you can be "in love" with people that you love. I definitely love my husband infinitely more than when we were just "in love". I am also "in love" with him as well. I don't think you really know what love is about until you have been through ups and downs with eachother.

Me, too, hahahaha. I really dont know the different of what you said. All I know is I am presently in love with someone and I am very happy that I experienced this feeling. I enjoyed everytime we are together, although the time seemed to run fast. I miss him even if he is gone only for a while. Everything seemed to be fine when I am around with him. When I am sick I wanted to be with him. I just love him the way he is. When our eyes meet, it seemed like we are talking to each other. Its really like magic, lol.
