I am just wondering if anyone can fill me in on how his shows are this year? I went to a show in 2005, and his energy was unbelieveable! At the time, I believe that he was 56 years old, and he still looked amazing! Better yet, his sound was superb, and the show went on for over two hours! I'm frustrated because this is the first year that he doesn't have an appearance scheduled at the Turning Stone Casino in New York state. 'Crossing my fingers!

I have never been to one of his concerts, but I would love to go some time if I were able to.

Kelly60, if you ever get the chance to go to one of his shows, you MUST GO! I had to travel 6 hours each way to go to one of his shows, in 2005, and it was well worth it! He is definitely not one of those performers who has to lip sync in order to crank-out a 2+ hour show. I really hope that you get to see him perform someday because his voice sounds incredible, and his stamina is unreal!

My boyfriend is a huge Rick Springfield fan and he has seen Rick perform several times. In fact, he comes to the Midland Theatre in Kansas City every December, it seems like and he has seen him 8 times in a row there. This year is the first time he won't be able to attend the concert because it is the same night as his company Christmas party. However, he is doing a book signing earlier in the day, so he will get to see him there (which is perfect since he is almost done reading his new book!).
Although I am not really a Rick fan (too young, lol), I have enjoyed Rick's concerts the two times I've seen him at the Midland. Very energetic and you can hardly believe he's over 60! He looks great and performs great.
