Are illegal immigrants getting treated better then the Jews?  |

 I remembered reading where back in the day the Jews were trying to flee Hitler's persecution but the state department and other authorities would not accept them en masse. They came as they could anyway, but not as an accepted thing like today's race for the border Mexican -American stampede. If the American government wouldn;t legitimize those fleeing Hitler's crimes back then, why do illegal immigrants get the "i don't see any evil" stamp of approval today?

1.  nicolec (1646) | 3 years ago |  Because the Jews didn't come over and work the corn fields for pennies a day. they were educated and skilled workers. That's the only reason the Mexicans are given the luxeries they are. They keep the price of fruit down and the cost of business to a minimum.
If the Jews fleeing Hitler said "i'll take the jobs other americans don't want for less then minumum wage if you let us in the country" the governement would have helped them unpack.
