How do you get long with your former girl/boyfriend?

i dont get on with any of them because i dont have any contact. I feel that a clean break is best, its better never to have anything more to do with them, lol they know too much

I keep in touch with all of my ex boyfriends, we had good friendships, and just because our relationship as lovers didn't work out I don't see why we should sacrifice our friendship. For a while it is usually awkward when in such situations, but I think if you ended the relationship on good terms then there is no reason why you shouldn't speak to her. Of course, if she feels differently then that may be a problem. But perhaps you could try a short text, or a friendly e-mail, just ask her how she's doing or perhaps how school/college/work is going. I think it would be a shame not to keep in contact with ex partners, they formed part of your lives so they should be kept as friends.
