Does any know a release date for Resident Evil 5?  | |  I've been playing the Resident Evil series on the game cube and am awaiting the upcoming number 5. Does anyone know a confirmed release date and on what what game consoles it will be on?

 redamazon (485) | 3 years ago | Thanks sooo much for responding to my post! I was beginning to think no one would! Yes It does suck in a major way that it is taking so long for it to be released! I've went through my RE4 so many times, I'm getting a bit bored with it.
I have seen the trailer and it looks very awesome! I agree with you on the resemblance to RE 4, it does look a lot like it in the graphics feel and the characters, only I think they've improved the "real life" look of the characters even more so, which is fantastic!

 vivrenpar (350) | 3 years ago |  You're welcome. I guess RE 5 is being criticised for being slightly racist because the main character Chris is going around shooting africans. They have an article about it on gamespot.com. I hope this doesn't affect the game's progress in any way. I guess it's fine to kill Americans and Spanish people in the other RE games.
