Is it true that porks will discharge some oil when it is cooked?  | |  I mean the surface of a pork curry will be filled with oil like discharge after it is prepared. Is it true?
I've not eaten pork yet. I just heard about it.

I prefer chicken in curry it has a great flavour .
Lentil curry is tasty too and no oil there unless you added it yourself.
