 If harry potter was never written by J.K Rowling what would you have done? Would you have spent all the time on the computer, watching T.V or reading other books?? Well I would've never got to actually like reading if it wasn't for harry potter. What about you?

| 3. Modestah (7932) | 3 years ago |  I have never read anything harry potter or watched any of the film series. So, I guess for me it already does not exist. I think we need to try to live our lives ourselves rather than vicariously through fictional characters.
You would be okay - did you not have things to do before harry was written?

4.  dazeylaze (109) | 3 years ago | Haha, that's easy. I would've just read Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, which I do now, and he is my favourite author of all time. Incidentally, it was my withdrawal symptoms from Harry Potter years ago that got me interested in The Discworld Novels, and I've been hooked ever since. They're one thousand times better and one million times funnier. If you've not read any of his work, you should go get somethinf from the library or a bookshop because he's pure class. Infact, I'm going to start a new discussion about him right now, lol. | |

I already had a huge book collection and read like crazy, so HP really is just another series to me. It's one I REALLY enjoy, but having it or not wouldn't have made that big of an change. | |
