Whats better for face skin, apple or cucumber?

Any veg or fruit is good for skin. I use even potato. You are a man it does not mean you can not apply them man uses face creams also to become fair.

you should have highlighted for what reason do you waant to use any thing,for becoming fairer or for making skin glow,if you want to make your skin glow you can apply milk cream and honey in night for 10 min and cucumber is good to remove dark circles below your eyes and even to relax your eyes after a strain you can apply cucumber even to face to relax your muscles and eating cucumber will do more good rather than applying it on your face

I think cucumber is more effective in skin care than apple. You can use it as a slice. With two three gradients also can be used. Its juice can also be applied. This supports only for outer beauty. If the glow of skin comes from inner side, then it is permanent and need not any fruit slice etc. If our body system is working properly then natural chemical responsible for skin care will be pouring out timely and will keep the glow of the skin fresh. So try to keep your body tidy & fit always and avoid use of such fruit etc.
