My guy is in New York City! So unfair!

Oh, I just love to travel! I don't really care where we're going, just lets go! But in the last three years, we haven't been able to travel together because of our doggy.

Unfortunately, the dog sitter is out of the question. I wouldn't say he's aggressive, but he's very capable of seriously harming someone. We're very careful with him.

My dog is also very capable of doing major damage to someone if she wanted to- that is why only grandmom babysits for her:)

So, is that an invite to stay at your place? Will you give me the tour of the city on the cheap?!

North Carolina, but just a little over a year ago, we lived in DC, so that would have just been a hop! We used to travel all the time in our hometown, but when we moved to DC, we could only take day trips because no one was around to take care of our dog. We haven't traveled together in three years!

Having kids will do that to you, right? Me and the hubby used to be globetrotters, at least around the country. But, once the baby came along, we suddenly sprouted roots. Imagine that!

Well, we are both travelers by nature, so I'm sure that's what he was thinking. Thanks Grandpa Bob, for sticking up for me!

Oh, no, when I say I'm jealous, its in a nice way. He and I used to travel all the time. Unfortunately, all of of travels in the past three years has has to be done separately, because we can't leave our dog with anyone. And when we lived in our home town, we had friends that would care for him. I don't say I'm jealous to be malicious towards his good time, just the same as he doesn't tell me about his fun to slap me in the face. I'm glad he had a good time, but I'm sure I can speek for him when I say we both wish I could be there with him. Smiles!

I don't know, I've never been, but he was there once, at least more than seven years ago, and he really enjoys it. He says its better than he remembered.

I would kill to go to the beach! I saw the ocean for the first time ever about 5 years ago. We were in San Diego and it was January, so no swimming. when we moved to the east coast, my friend flew out for a visit so I drove her down to the beach. We were in traffic so long, we only had time to take a walk, a few pictures, eat dinner and go back up to DC. And my guy and I have been to Atlantic City a few times, but you wouldn't want to swim there. So, I've never swam in the ocean.:(
