The background in not good ..more over its in the tiled form ..which is not appealing and ..all your links on the right side are extremely long which makes the user to scroll the page ..which is not good untill you have some content on the left ..while scrolling ... the right side is empty with nothing ... nobody will like such layout ...your website spaces are not fully utilized ... you have to equally distribute the spaces and ...my advise is please change background ..everythign seems to be ditached and scattered ... sorry to say this ..theres a lot you have to work there to make your site appealing ... Best of luck for your future!!!!
