Piles and Chicken

Not only non-veg, even vegetarian dishes worsen the symptoms when they are spicy. Whatever you have, have it with less spice. Avoid chillies in diet, subtitute with little pepper instead. Banana is the best option as the other mylotter said. See to it that you pass your stools everyday. Drink a lot of water. Dont sit in the same place for too long. Fibre rich food will prevent consptipation which is the worst nightmare of this condition.

i have searched web and i couldn't find any connection between piles and eating chicken. Piles or haemorrhoids is one of the most common ailments today. It is a varicose and often inflamed condition of the veins, inside or just outside the rectum. In external piles, there is a lot of pain but not much bleeding. In the case of internal piles, there is discharge of dark blood. In some cases the veins burst and this results in what is known as bleeding piles.

Eating more chicken will not cause Piles. But when piles is there, it is better to avoid non-veg particularly chicken. Try to avoid hot and spicy foods. Try to use vegetarian foods without much spice and Chilly.
