Have You Ever Stabbed Your Brain Through Your Nose with a Drinking Straw?

Yup, I've done that one. I don't think I've ever had an injury that required treatment from such a thing, but I've certainly poked myself in the eyes and nose with enough straws in my life!

Actually I think the worst I had in this way was a spoon that was sitting in my cup, not a straw. It was a fancy-looking spoon with very ornate edges, and a sharp bit of it caught my nostril and cut it. I was far more careful what I did with utensils after that!

No... I have NEVER done that!!! I think I pay attention to what I do on a regular basis!

I wear glasses so I've never poked a straw in my eye, but there's been times I thought I had a straw and went to sip one that wasn't there. LOL

The standard of this question has me green with envy! Have i ever stabbed my brain with a straw? the brillance has simple blown me away with better effect than a woman who can tie a note in a cherry stalk.

I once sat on a nail, that caused severe brain damage. things are ok now but i have haemorroids in my left ear.

I've jabbed myself a few times but not with a straw, but will nearly poke my eye out with the spoon in my coffee that I somehow forgotten was there....

Oh yes, I have done this plenty of times with a straw and a spoon. With a spoon when I am drinking my coffee and forget to take the spoon out after mixing it. I'm not sure if anyone had seen me, I sure hope not.

Where do you come up with these goodies? lol. Yes, I think I have done this and the straw came out one of my ears...ouch. You know, what you describe can really hurt. I prefer to do my straw drinking in private or with a very short straw. Thankfully, I usually wear glasses and that has saved me at least an eyeball more than once.

I may have naturally dark hair...but I also have a natural blonde streak too that helps me to have these little mishaps.
My children have come to expect them from time to time and we all have a great laugh.
Now...to answer you question...
Never stabbed myself in the brain. Thank goodness.
But I have stabbed myself in the lip and even cut my upper lip a bit.
I have poked my eye several times. ha ha And each time I do anything like this...I laugh at myself while shaking my head.
It would be nice if no one was around when I did these things...but often someone is around to laugh at me or with me.:)

Nope, must be aweful by the sounds of it. Ouch. Although I guess once you remember and think about it, do you now find it funny? If it happens to me, I usually laugh over my past mishaps.
