Do you take your cellphone into the bathroom? |
|
Yesterday I made a call to my son who was working in outstation. Before ending the call I asked, “What are you doing now?” “Hehe…taking bath in the bathroom!” Oh! What a beautiful coincidence! We both have the same habit of taking cellphone into the bathroom while bathing. Hi my dear friends, please share your experience and view. Thanks a lot

lkbooi (6993) | 3 years ago | Yeah, many people don’t bring cellphone into their bathroom as they are afraid that water might get into their phone. The damage could be serious. Unless we are waiting for an urgent call otherwise it’s better not to bring cellphone into the bathroom. We still could avoid the cellphone being wetted by placing it in a water proof bag and hang it somewhere in the bathroom. Have a nice day and happy postings.:)

12. thedaneisback (536) | 3 years ago | No i sure would not. For the simple reason that whatever i do in my bathroom i want to do in peace. Nothing can ever be that important that it cant wait a half n hour or so. Furthermore the phone can get water damaged just from the steem in the bathroom in which case no insurance will cover.

lkbooi (6993) | 3 years ago | I agree with your practice. In this way you could have peace in the bathroom as well as have protection for your cellphone.

13. vicki2876 (3259) | 3 years ago | Hehe That is too cute! I don't really take the cell phone into the bathroom but I have done it. I get worried I am going to drop it in the water. I am a clusts! I used to have a friend that no matter what you said you couldn't get off the phone and there were times that I NEEDED to go so I did hehe.

lkbooi (6993) | 3 years ago | Yeah, we occasionally bring our cell phone into the bathroom when needed. If it's placed in a proper place we don't have to worry it will drop into the water lol ...

| 17. zadhoevlhu13 (52) | 3 years ago | Sometimes i bring my phone with me in the bathroom. i recalled i brought my phone to the bathroom one time when i was taking a bath and when i was pee-ing. I thought i would bring the phone with me so as not to interrupt one of the conversations i really want to go on with! and when i was also waiting for an important message or phone call. But naturally, i do not bring my phone because i know when it is just a usual message or no one is currently conversing with me, id prefer to leave it outside and just read it afterwards.

18. helenfillion (2551) | 3 years ago | Yes, I do take my cell phone into the bathroom with me, especially if I'm expecting a call. When I take a bubble bath I take it with me. When I go to bed I take my cell phone into the bedroom with me. I take my cell phone with me all the time, no matter where I go. I don't have a land line so it's my only way to make and receive calls. When I even just walk to the corner store I take it with me. I depend on my cell phone.

I had the mistake of dropping my cellphone in a pail of water so ever since that time (it just slipped out of my front shirt pocket), i have stopped taking my cellphone to the bathroom. Lucky for me, however, my cellphone was still able to work.. after sending it for repair.:)
