that's true you should also dilute it.

Only if you drink it..or inhale too many fumes..

I don't think it's dangerous unless you are touching it constantly and not washing your hands after coming in contact with it......I've touched it several times or soaked my hands in water and bleach and nothing has happened except that my hands become very very dry......I don't wear gloves when I clean....they get in my way..

well i suppose it couls be harmful for your hands nut exactly about ehich bleech you are talking about..

Bleach is not only dangerous to your skin but also to your lungs. One should wear gloves and a mask while using using bleach.
