Could you still find time to exercise  |

This is one problem I'm having right now. I love to exercise but now, I can't find enough time to do it daily. Busy schedule got me into this. I had thought of a strategy that would keep exercising a part of my daily routine. I just keep on dancing. Try to imagine what I had been doing at present - dancing while cleaning the house, dancing while washing the plates, dancing while starting up the computer, dancing while fixing the closets and other stuffs. How about you? How do you find time to exercise?

KrisNY (7347) | 3 years ago | I find time by making time- Even getting in the yard and running around playing ball with my daughter- We don't sit in the house as much as we do in the winter- Watching TV-- sometimes we do exercises also- sit-ups.. etc. and we walk- make a point to take long walks- this is a great form of exercise.

3. ladysurvivor (3534) | 3 years ago | I don't have time either, and the housechores are my exercises. Good for you that you know how to dance and dancing is a very good type of exercise. I only do my sauna once a week and that is only if I have the time. Mostly my exercises are from my house chores.

4. rbnstr08 (1653) | 3 years ago | I guess it's different for some men like me. The exercise I get is for doing manual jobs at home, just like fixing or doing maintenance with my car. There are also some lifting exercises I do like lifting and pouring a two gallon pail of water into the washing machine. Water pressure here in our locality is so bad that we need to use pail to fill the tubs of our washing machine. lol.

6. derek_a (5044) | 3 years ago | I find time to exerice and meditate every day. I get up around 5.30 - 6 and sit up to an hour in meditation. Then, because it is more important to keep my fitness levels up after having a heart attack last year, I schedule into my day a half-an-hour to exercise - that may be some power walking outdoors or if its raining hard, I have a fitness ball and a cross trainer in doors. If something comes up, I remember that keeping fit is a priority and if I start missing it in favour of something else, I will get into bad habits. So it is a must, that I make the time in all situations. Two days a week I go for a longer workout- (about 1½ hours in the gym) where I go on to the rowing machine, cross-trainer and some anaerobic exercises using weights. My exercise periods are dedicated to just exercise and nothing else. Once the discipline is in place it is easier to find the time to dedicate to exercise.:-)

I don't exercise every day, because it takes a day or two to recover from sore muscles. You'll understand in about 20 years....lol

8. nerdytina (2037) | 3 years ago | I take time out of my schedule to do yoga most of the time, or sometimes I'll go for an evening jog. During times when I'm really busy with school work and stuck in front of the computer, I might get up and do a few sit ups or push ups, just to get my blood flowing. While working, I might walk more than I need to--take a few trips when I could easily take one (that is, unless I'm in a big hurry).
Dancing while you do everything is a good idea too!:)

So starting last weeks I do aerobics by my self, while watching the VCD to know more about how I going to moves. I do follow the follow the instructor what they say…when I do aerobics it’s takes 15 to 3o minutes every twice a weeks or three times.

I used to do exercise daily no matter what and also burn off a lot of calories playing with the kids - I really miss that! I love the way you dance while doing chores - that is the kind of thing I used to do! xx
