My give a damn is busted  

LOL....I like that....I'll have to remember that for the next time I feel like that.Sounds like you need a day to relax and just shut the world out.I get like that sometimes and most people that know me.....know to leave me alone when I'm feeling like that.I usually just take some time to do whatever I feel like for myself and after a while I get to feeling better.Having a headache can bring on that kind of mood really quick and the heat sure doesn't help either.
So take a deep breath....realx and you will be back to normal in no time.
It's always easy to blame the weather.....at least it doesn't complain about it....:)

Long as I stay in where it's cool or out in my pool, I'm fine. IF I have to be out in this high heat/humidity, I have to get back in where it's cool or I get extremely sick and end up in the ER. Ever since suffering major heat exhaustion/heat stroke bout 10 yrs. ago, I haven't been able to take the high heat/humidity. I was laid up in the hospital for a week cause they couldn't bring my body temp. down. My whole body was just 'short-circuited' from it.

Yes I have Days like that to and like you I stay away from People as I do not want to let it out on an Innocent Person
The Mood just seems to attack me for no reason but when it does I certainly have to control myself not to snap at People

I have my share of my give a damns’ busted days- It’s usually when I’m tired and still have too much to do- Not getting enough sleep and running around in circles- Stressed out- I get like this at work- when I feel like not everyone is pulling their own weight- and the remaining weight is here on my shoulders- It’s hard to tune out people- but I try my hardest- usually a brisk walk, or a hot relaxing bubble bath, or even a long back rub does the trick- then my give a damn is working again!

When I was six years old I got a very bad episode of sunstroke.
I can't handle the sun at all since then.
I get lathargic and moody.
I used to get headaches and joint ache but have learned not to go in the sun and stay in a cooler area in the heat.
I hope it cools down and we can all get some releif. Susan

Oh yes, but I just got some good news so I am much happier.

i never get days like that. i get angry days with people who talk down to me. i slap them and they no talk down anymore. please get up day and have good time. anybody bothers you let me know. i have blunt stick to jab in ear to teach them to be nice.
