| 3. TeresaK (8081) | 3 years ago |  I saw the new Harry Potter movie last night. It was good, but it was not my favorite of the movies so far. It seemed to just jump from scene to scene with no continuity, for starters. And the big battle scene in the Ministry, which I was looking forward to, was a HUGE letdown. The battle between Voldemort and Dumbledore was exciting, but it looked like there was a Priori Incantatum going on with their wands, which wouldn't be possible. And Sirius's death just looked STUPID.....what should have been one of the most emotional scenes was done silent movie style, and I HATED it...my Sirius deserved better than that!!

| 5. wickedstepma (710) | 3 years ago |  I agree with TheresaK. They did seem to just go into a scene with really no explaination to it. I kept thinking that if I hadn't already read the book, I would be lost.
It was a good movie, though. Maybe I'm just predjudiced, because I'm a fan, but I liked it even though I prefer the books. So much more detail, and my imagination makes it all look so much more detailed!
I miss the house elves! But I have to give credit to the actress who played Luna. She fit the role, I thought.
