I did...but it was when i was in hurry while on call and a person ahead of me, while going out close the already opened gate unknowingly...

I haven't done this, but I know people who have.
When I was teaching a class of year 4's a long time ago, there was one who walked straight through a double glass sliding door at her home. She had forty stitches in hr arm.
