| 2. derek_a (5193) | 3 years ago |  In my experience, it is looking back at the past that can cause a lot of unnecessary stress. Learn from any mistakes and but then let the past go. It does not exist. What is done, is done and cannot be undone. Each morning I wake up and practice meditation and that meditation is a way of letting go of the past and looking at the reality of the present moment and letting the future take care of itself because I just do my best in each moment of now.:-)
