Mine were my experiences in a provincial haunted house where we had resided when I was still a kid. That house gave me the creeps I've never known in my entire life. Seeing a family of ghost that dwells with us, seeing some fresh spots of blood on the floor at times, waking up and finding them at the foot of our bed and sometimes hearing their voices. No joke. This think really happened to us. They do not harm us in any way but we are really seeing them like they were part of our family. It's just that they really scare visitors that have slept in the house. They show themselves to them and would tell them to go away becoz they do not like visitors sleeping in the house. Well, I am glad that I am living in the city now.

I know that feeling too. The last house we lived in had ghosts too. I wasnt afraid of them at all. They were more of a nausiance. They would turn the water on in my bathroom and I would have to turn it off! Now I live in another house we just moved and I have no ghosts here. Im so happy.

Well, i never really experienced something with ghost and spirit. But my scarierst experienced in my life is when I flew back to United States with my hubby. The plane stopped in Dubai for an hour. We supposed to have time to get off the plane and strecth our legs. But instead several big men with the long gun came up inside the plane, and nobody can get off. They checked everybody passport, most of us already almost start crying, because the flight attendant didn't explained what's going on. we all thought either they gonna hi jacked the plane or kidnapped some of the passangers.
After the flight took off without any incident, we all took a deep breath!

The scariest moment to me was when my son was born and he had to be put in the NICU. Other than that, I would say that when I was about 5 years old I lived in Georgia. I was in bed and I opened my eyes and there was a guy standing outside my window. At the time, my sisters were babysitting me. I ran in there and told them. Well they come in there and noone is there. So they make me go back to bed. Someone stayed in there with me and hid. Well the guy came back. Someone ran outside and he was hiding by the house. He ran off I guess. But later we found out that it was an escaped rapist. Scared me to death at the time because I was only 5 and to be from a small town and then move to Georgia and that happens. Was scary!

This past school year, my son was in 1st grade. I put him on the bus in the morning and my daughter and I went to a mom's group at a friend's house. My cell phone rang and it was my mom saying that she got a call from the school saying he wasn't there. (the school has a safe arrival program that you sign up for and if your child is sick you call the school and let them know they won't be there. If you don't call and the child is absent they call you to make sure you know where your child is. . .I think it is a great program). My mom told me that they called my house, my cell phone and started on all the emergency numbers until they finally got her. I knew I put him on the bus in the morning, but I immediately went into panic mode (my mom was already there!) She gave me the phone number of the school and I called. The receptionist said the teacher marked him absent, but she would check again. She came back on the phone and said that the teacher made a mistake and he was there. . .sorry. It was a very scary few moments. When he got home that day, I asked him if he knew why she marked him absent, he said no and seemed to not know anything about it. I think one of the scariest things is to think something has happened to your child. . .for me anyway.

That is very unusual. Usually ghosts dont appear to so many people and as a group, They are best effective as solo acts. Anyway that was a hard one to follow.

I guess I the scariest times of my life. I was about 12 or 13 and went on a winter scouting camp out with the boy scout group. Being the nosey kid I was I wondered of and found a pond. Not thinking anything about it I started walking on the ice and after about 10 or 12 steps fell through the ice. There was no one there but me and as I tried to pull myself out of the water the ice kept breaking off. I had all my winter clothes on and they were getting water logged and very heavy. The more I tried to get out the more ice would break the more scared I was that I was going to die right there with no one around. Something told me at this point to instead of trying to pull myself out, to roll up onto the ice and out of the water. It worked I was able to get out. I was still completely saturated and had to walk in freezing temperatures back about a mile to camp. Of course I made it, they got me out of my wet clothes and put everything encluding me in front of a roaring fire. Being the good scout master that he was, he used my example to the rest of the kids of show how easy it would have been for me to die right there and no one would even know where I was. He did get the point across especially to me.

Wow, that sounds interesting, but scary. There used to be a house near us where all the family were getting haunted by a poltergeist throwing things around the house - some get injured too.

I have never witnessed such a thing and have always been interested in seeing something supernatural.

My mom's cousins ex-wifes sister (I know how it sounds but I have seen this myself) lived in a haunted house. Every day at 5 PM the front door would open up then close, then there would be foot steps with heavy boots on to the kitchen, the fridge door would open and the close and the foot steps would go back to the living room and stop. Even if the door was locked it would unlock and open. In the basement of the house was a brick wall that was under the stairs that was really out of place and was not structural. After several months of this the sister moved out because she couldn't stand it, not that is was scary but it was frustrating. The new owners removed the wall in the basement and found a body of a man that had gone missing 15 years before. He was the former owner of the house and his family sold the place when he never showed up. He was murdered but nobody was ever arrested for the murder.

The scareist time I have ever experienced was when my two sisters and cousin was forced to jump off a train tressel as kids. We were barely in our teens. I will never forget it. Or the stupid questions asked when my mother called the cops. But the people who did it was later arrested and put in jail.
