|  I want to design terrain vehicle mounted shelter (MS or ALUMINIUM) of
Length=20 feet,H=6ft,W=8f.The main purpose of the unit is to have mobil workshop in the field. From BOMBAY in INDIA, We are maintining in Hilly area of country-side, health centres,rural hospitals & District head quarters'300-beds big hospitls in Maharashtra-state, INDIA.I have Suzuki-800 type MUV. Most of the hand tools,AC & REF parts,Refrigerent & some quantitive of Hermattic Compressors Etc is carrying along with in Back storage, top-carrier & sliding Drawers under the Seats.This serves purpose of carrying emergency repairs-fixing of Operation Theatre,ICCU & Eye OT - AC Units. The main Highways are very good for runnig my MARUTI(SUZUKI) VAN of 800-CC. As u search for the off-highways internal rural hospital the insider Roads are detoriated by heavy rains. In need of any spares,gas brazing & for leak testing Nitrogen gas cylinder etc. it becomes very difficult to acuire at working sites. Internal transport facility is time consuming & very expensive. The required materials avilable is not to the our useable standards.Looking at this un-solvable problems on-site I am planning to carry my own full-fledge equiped mobil workshop in a 2-3 tonner Truck mounted Aluminium container , which will have on board, 230/1Phase OR 440/3Ph/ 5-8 Kva Genset for test-run of AC-Fridges, ILRs, using Elect welding, Evacuting-vaccume Pump,Drilling-grinding machines,Water-Pressurised AC coil's clennig,some electronic testing units for Medical Equipment etc. This serves emergency Power solutions, as in the Rural area almost 4-6 hours elect supply is not available & we waste our valuble time.On out-side compartments I'll have Oxygen-Acceletine Brazing gas, Refregerents of R-12, R-22, & R-134A cylinders, Battery charger unit for 12 Volts-DC, UPS batteries etc to avoid Fumes of the acids & Gasses in container. Along with Portable light-weight Drill/Grinder/Air-blower, I want to installed the heavy-duty working Bench & mounted above heavy-duty machines with Arbour Press to remmove winding-stators & bearing pullers up to 2-5 HP. As 20 ft of length availble on both end, I'll install AC mounting frames for testing repaired units & stand-by replacement Window AC & also for our working comfort. So container will have both-side opening Glass doors to prevent cold air-loss and to have day-light. For complete safety of my tools & belongings' security the lockable rolling-shutter will cover the Alum. framed glass doors.This is the minimum design criteria is in my mind for Electronics & Mechanical Repairs-maintennance Workshop in a 20ft container in 2 sections. The front will be approx. 7-8 feet Clean-room type Elex sect. & then partion wall have both the side storage cupboards, & the door will be in center to access both compartments, remaining 12-13 feet will be Mech. w/shop for grinding-dusty area.
